Annual BAYADA caregiver contest

Home health care fueled with compassion, excellence, and reliability is home health care delivered The BAYADA Way!

During the all-new The BAYADA Way to go! contest, BAYADA caregivers are invited to hop on board the BAYADA bus and earn tickets for providing the highest quality home health care services available. With the chance to win gift cards from more than 200 popular retailers, restaurants, travel, and entertainment establishments such as Macy’s, Chili’s, Pottery Barn, and Marriott Hotels & Resorts, you are sure to enjoy the ride!

Contest rules

  1. You must work during the 10-week contest period—February 4 to April 14.
  2. You must be actively working for BAYADA Home Health Care as a field employee at the time of the grand prize drawing.
  3. You must complete and submit tickets for every week you demonstrate The BAYADA Way through compassion, excellence, or reliability. Client services managers will approve and place entries in the special ticket barrel for your office.
  4. Office staff, clients, and other caregivers will also be encouraged to submit tickets on your behalf.

   • Client tickets (English/Spanish)

  1. Winners are subject to taxes on prizes as applicable by law.

  • Reliability—Check off how our clients and their families can rely on you and are able to live their lives to the fullest, with a sense of well-being, dignity, and trust.

Office drawings

One winner per week will be randomly chosen in every service office. These preliminary winners will be presented with a certificate, redeemable for their own personal reward through www.giftcertificates.com. On Thursday, April 25, 2013, companywide grand-prize and runner-up winners will be randomly selected from the preliminary winners. They will be presented with a larger valued certificate that can be redeemed  through www.giftcertificates.com.
