Our home health care team includes BAYADA Nurses, Therapists, Home Health Aides, Medical Social Workers, and other health care professionals that help our clients at every level of care: from pediatrics to geriatrics, from high-tech care to just being there.

Our services include the following specialty practices:

Home Health Care

• Home Health services for adults and seniors includes, short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and assistive care services. This is provided through hourly visits primarily paid for by the Medicare Home Health benefit. >>
• Adult Nursing services include long-term, chronic illness, injury, or disability care at home and are provided by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.   >>
• Assistive Care services include assistance with activities of daily living, including self-care and household support services. Care is provided by professional home health aides, certified nursing assistants, and companions.  >>

BAYADA Pediatrics

Our pediatric care takes a family centered approach to providing services for our clients under the age of 18. BAYADA Pediatric Nurses and Home Health Aides are experts in caring for children requiring complex, high-tech care. >>

BAYADA Hospice

Hospice is comprehensive social, medical, and spiritual care that supports patients and their families when an illness no longer responds to curative treatments, or when a patient chooses not to pursue aggressive therapies. Hospice improves the quality of a patient’s life and provides comfort and dignity, with palliative care to help manage pain and alleviate symptoms and stress.  >>

BAYADA Habilitation

Our accredited Habilitation program provides support to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Care is focused on education and therapies that empower clients to improve skills related to activities of daily living in order to participate in their community as independently as possible. >>
