We realize that the home care experience might often feel intrusive or disruptive to you and your family—especially when we first begin providing services. Please realize that it will take a while for our employees to “fit” properly into your home and for you to feel comfortable with them. The more hours of service that we provide, the longer this period of adjustment will probably take.
As guests in your home, we never wish to invade your privacy in any way. Our employees are also instructed to always observe your “house rules.” One of the keys to achieving these goals is honest, two-way communication.
Therefore, we always encourage you to voice your concerns, suggestions, and complaints. Also know that our staff will do everything in their power to ease this period of transition and to ensure that your home care experience is a positive one.

We value your feedback and want to promptly address any concerns or questions you may have about the safety and quality of care you receive.
