# Referral Processing

BAYADA Home Health Care is committed to providing the highest quality home health care services. Founded in 1975, BAYADA provides nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice, and assistive home health care services to children, adults, and seniors in the comfort of their homes.

BAYADA works with all referral sources, including insurance companies, HMOs, hospital discharge planners, physicians, and family members. With our expertise in continuous care nursing, we are able to transition even the most complex cases from the hospital to home.
