Experienced hospice team

Our experienced professionals are caring members of your community who are focused entirely on hospice care. Director Kristin Barnum, RN, MBA, has devoted her 15-year career to hospice care, and she and her team are passionate about helping people at end-of-life.

Volunteers

In addition to our office and field teams, volunteers make an important difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Some provide companionship, run errands, or help with other tasks.
