Experienced hospice team

Our experienced professionals are caring members of your community who are focused entirely on hospice care. Director Angela Snyder, RN, BSN, is a lifelong resident of the community with 13 years of experience in hospice and a passion for delivering exceptional end-of-life care. Clinical Manager Cathy Barton, RN, supervises all patient care and has nearly a decade of experience in hospice care. 

Our dedicated staff also includes:

Volunteers

In addition to our office and field teams, volunteers make an important difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Some provide companionship, run errands, or help with other tasks. But no matter what they do, they are a gift! If you or someone you know would like to volunteer with us, please let us know. We provide a flexible training and orientation schedule to meet your needs.

We are also a Level 1 participant in the We Honor Veterans program.
